I'm a dialysis nurse at DCC. I love working here at DCC because of the culture. I love that I can contact anyone on the team, my management, my directors, I can just call anyone and have a real one-on-one conversation with them. I never experienced that type of respect where I could have these conversations and know that there are people who truly care about my opinions, value me, see my work, and see me as an asset. I choose DCC for the respect I get and the value I feel for myself for bringing a positive change to my patients' lives every day.

My name is Jamie and I am Nurse in Center and Dialysis Care Center. We have an amazing team here at Fulton County that supports me so I can provide optimal care for our patients. I had previously worked in dialysis and I returned to it again 3 years ago with DCC, it felt like coming home! DCC is where the true professionals work and I truly feel I am surrounded by them. From our AA, dietician, social worker, nephrologists, bio-med, area and regional managers, and our amazing clinical team!
