First Step: Check Patient Eligibility
Before referring a patient, review the Admission Checklist to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for care.
Important note: Patients with certain conditions, behavioral issues, drug abuse, recent incarceration, non-capped trach, Hepatitis B+, or a history of non-compliance will be automatically denied.
