Kristin Paoletti RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Operations, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all DCC/HDS clinics. She leads a team of clinical staff and administrators along with a logistics support team.
Tina Nevins
Controller
Tina Nevins, BS, Controller started her career at Arthur Andersen where she worked for 19 years across various departments including Auditing and Internal Business Unit Accounting. She later joined Pronger Smith Medical Care as a financial analyst, where she utilized her expertise over 14 years to become PSMC’s Director of Finance. Tina brought her expertise to the dialysis industry in 2015.

Director of Revenue Cycle & Contracts
Lori Morrell, Director of Revenue Cycle & Contracts has 20+ years of administrative experience in the healthcare industry. She manages the ever-growing revenue cycle team, successfully monitoring the monthly revenue. Additionally, Lori provides leadership on payer contracts.
Michele Crnich
Director of Human Resources & Communications
Michele Crnich, BS, Director of Human Resources & Communications has 20+ years of human resources experience in the healthcare field. Her insight and leadership has been instrumental in coaching, training and developing countless managers and employees over the years. Michele utilizes her passion for people to volunteer for a variety of charitable events and is an active member of the Community Board for the Cancer Support Center in Mokena.

Salman Azam, JD is the Managing Partner at Azam Chandran & Gilani LLP and has been counseling businesses for nearly a decade in corporate and transactional healthcare matters. He currently acts as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer for DCC/HDS. Because of his dedication to excellence, Salman has earned recognition as an Illinois Rising Star SuperLawyer every year since 2009.
Paul Jackson
Director of Business Development
Paul Jackson, BS, Director of Business Development has successfully built a 25 year career, largely spent developing Elmhurst Hospital's occupational health network. During this time, he received a nomination from President George Bush for innovative solutions in establishing a first responder Hepatitis B vaccination program. Paul parlayed his marketing expertise into the dialysis world in 2012.

Director of Education, Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Michelle Moseley, RN, Director of Education, Quality & Regulatory Affairs has expertise that spans across providing dialysis care from neonatal to adult patients in chronic, acute, and home therapies. Michelle has trained both staff and patients, as well as extended her knowledge and skills in dialysis education to various major medical facilities and medical providers nationwide.
Lanre Alausa
Director of Business Performance & Joint Venture Relations
Lanre Alausa, Director of Business Performance & Joint Venture Relations has more than a decade of experience as an analyst in Internal Controls, in the dialysis space. Lanre was a former analyst for Fresenius Medical Care North America where he performed Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance testing, risk-based Financial and Operational audits across multiple business units. In his current role, Lanre will provide support to the CEO in Joint Ventures operations and engage in other business areas within the organization.
