Watermelon Mint Slushie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup cold water or ice.

Directions

  1. Add watermelon, lime juice, mint leaves, and water or ice to a blender.
  2. Blend until slushy.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
  4. Serve chilled.

Precautions

  • Counts toward your daily fluid allowance. Portion no more than ½–¾ cup total.
  • Watermelon is low in potassium per small portion, but larger amounts can add up quickly
